Our Victoria FoodSafe class is a food safety, sanitation and work safety course for food handlers, front line cooks, servers, dishwashers and anyone else handling food. The course covers important food safety and worker safety information. Topics include foodborne illness, receiving and storing of food, preparing food, serving food, and cleaning. In addition, our Victoria FoodSafe course provides the food safety certification required under the BC Food Regulations. Because all of our Instructors are Certified Environmental Health Officer’s we have first hand knowledge to share with you, the student. Even more so we make the class fun, enjoyable and a provide a relaxed learning environment.
Our Victoria course is taught at Paul’s Motor Inn located at 1900 Douglas Street, Victoria BC. The class runs from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
