Our Duncan FoodSafe Course is a food safety, sanitation and work safety course for food handlers, front line cooks, servers, dishwashers and anyone else handling food. The course covers important food safety and worker safety information. Topics include foodborne illness, receiving and storing of food, preparing food, serving food, and cleaning. In addition, our FoodSafe course provides the food safety certification required under the BC Food Regulations. Because all of our Instructors are Certified Environmental Health Officer’s we have first hand knowledge to share with you, the student. Even more so we make the class fun, enjoyable and a provide a relaxed learning environment.
Our Duncan course is taught at the Duncan Showroom. This is located at 133 Station Street, Duncan, BC. Classes run from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
If your plans change for any reason, cancellations can be made. You have up to 72 hours before the start of the scheduled class to receive a full refund. You may also change to another class, space permitting, up to 48 hours before the start of class. Refunds will not be given with less than 72 hours notice.
